3. Therapist Disclaimer

Our therapists are licensed professionals, but online therapy is not a substitute for emergency care. If you are in crisis, call emergency services immediately.

4. Payments and Cancellations

• Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be charged a fee.
• Refunds are at the discretion of Elmed Wellmind and the therapist.
• Wallet funds are non‑transferable and can be used only within our platform.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to abuse the platform, harass therapists, or attempt to bypass security measures.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elmed Wellmind is not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the service. The total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous 6 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
